Haven't immersed myself in dystopia much, and these aren't technically dystopia, but approaching it...

One that I've loved primarily for reasons other than that theme is the Chaos Walking series by Patrick Ness, which is supposedly young adult, but it's very intelligent and well done and I've spoken to people much older who have found them amazing.

One of said people also suggested "Z for Zachariah" I think it's called, which sounds promising and has been added to my list.
