My goodness, sweetheart, you don't need to apologize to ANYONE.  Things happen.  I've gone quiet from time-to-time because of illness, it just can't be helped.  When I come back, I want to get into all kinds of activity, and write lots of poetry.  It all boils down to what you're up to doing, and if it's enjoyable.  Look at all the times I've left you comments all over the place that have you laughing, remember?  It's cause I'm having some fun, and I LOVE making you laugh, Beth!  Now breathe, and settle down -- I'm glad you're here, but I want you to also take it easy when you need to, okay?
